How Charts Replay handles your account details, backtesting records and membership information.
Effective date: October 25, 2026
1. Information we process
- Sign-in account details: the unique identifier for your account, your verified email address, display name and profile picture URL. We receive these from the Google or Discord account you choose when signing in and refresh them on later sign-ins. We never receive your password, and we don’t request access to Gmail, Contacts, Drive, Discord messages, friends or server lists.
- Backtesting records: the replay sessions you create, simulated orders and fills, account performance, chart layouts, drawings, templates and challenge records.
- Membership and payment records: the length of complimentary membership, the plan you bought, when your membership expires, your auto-renewal choice and order status. We also store Stripe customer, subscription and invoice identifiers to reconcile payments, credit membership time and track auto-renewal.
- Operational information: service requests, errors and security diagnostics. The providers that host and deliver the service may also process connection information such as IP address, device and browser.
- Usage statistics: page-view statistics are collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t record IP addresses. Signing up, signing in, starting a backtest or challenge, starting checkout, a successful payment, and canceling or resuming auto-renewal are recorded together with your account identifier in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine to understand how the product is used, and are deleted automatically after about 3 months.
2. How we use this information
We use this information to sign you in, show your name and picture, save and restore your backtests, compute statistics, manage membership and payments, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse. Your sign-in provider and account identifier let us recognize each account, so the first-sign-up membership is granted only once per account. Google and Discord are separate accounts, even with the same email; membership and records are not shared.
Daily challenge leaderboard: after you settle a day’s daily challenge, your leaderboard name (your sign-in account’s display name by default), that day’s score (R multiple) and number of trades appear on that day’s leaderboard and are visible to other signed-in users. The leaderboard doesn’t show your email, picture or account identifier. Today’s leaderboard is open only to users who have settled today’s game; past leaderboards are open to all signed-in users. You can edit your leaderboard name on the membership page, or update your sign-in account’s display name and sign in again to sync it.
We don’t sell Google or Discord user data and don’t use it for personalized advertising. This user data is used only for the product features described in this policy.
3. Service providers and sharing
Apart from the daily challenge leaderboard described above, we don’t show your information to other users.
- Google: provides sign-in and basic profile information; when your browser displays your profile picture it makes a request to Google’s image service. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Discord: provides sign-in and basic profile information; displaying a Discord profile picture sends a request to Discord’s image service. See the Discord Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare: provides website hosting, databases, file storage and network services, and the related data is processed on its infrastructure. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: provides checkout, stored payment methods and charge processing. When a payment account is created, we give Stripe the account details it needs; card details are handled by Stripe, and our database never stores full card numbers or security codes. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
These providers may process information outside your country or region. We disclose information only as far as necessary to provide the service, handle your requests or meet applicable legal requirements.
4. Cookies, local storage and retention
We use an essential sign-in cookie to keep your session, temporary cookies to complete Google or Discord sign-in checks, and a language cookie that remembers which language you chose. Your browser’s local storage remembers preferences such as theme, language and the last sign-in method you selected; it does not store your sign-in account details or sign-in tokens. You can clear these, but you may need to sign in again or reset your preferences.
While your account is in use, we keep the account details and backtesting records needed to provide the service. When membership expires, product features are paused but backtesting records are not deleted automatically. Payment and security records may need to be kept longer for reconciliation, dispute handling or applicable legal requirements.
5. Your information and requests
You can update your display name and picture in your Google or Discord account; they sync the next time you sign in here. You can revoke Charts Replay’s access in Google’s third-party connections or Discord’s Authorized Apps settings; revoking access doesn’t by itself delete your existing account or backtesting records here.
To access, correct, export or delete your account information, email us at the address below and describe your request. To protect your account we may need to verify your identity; what we can do depends on your request, applicable law and any records we are required to keep.
6. Changes and contact
This policy applies to Charts Replay (chartsreplay.app). If the way we process data changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date; anything that requires separate notice or consent will be handled as applicable rules require.
